REFUND & CANCELLATION
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it with the next fastest possible courier facility. To report any issues with your delivery, please email us at info@dhaakadbazaar.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. If reverse pickup is available in your area, we’ll arrange for a pickup and reshipment of the product. If not, you can send the product back to us by courier, and we will refund the shipping charges once we receive the damaged goods back.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
RETURN POLICY
We generally do not accept returns on items sold, except in special cases. However, if we’ve sent you an incorrect item, we will gladly accept its return. To report any such issues, please email us at info@dhaakadbazaar.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. If reverse pickup is available in your area, we’ll arrange for a pickup and generate a refund upon receipt of the package. If not, you can send the product back to us by courier, and we will refund the shipping charges once we receive the goods back.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-10 business days, except for customised orders or pre-orders, or as communicated during the order placement. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We offer flat-rate shipping of ₹100 Pan India. Delivery to over 95% of pincodes generally occurs within 6-14 business days, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If we’re unable to deliver your order within 60 days, we’ll issue a refund.
Please note that cash on delivery is not available.
- Next day delivery (NDD) – We offer next-day delivery within PAN India for an extra charge of ₹250. Orders must be placed before 3 pm on the previous day. Please note that delivery may not be possible on Sundays and public holidays.
